clicking the above link. For some weird reason, Internet
Explorer has a bug in it that will display only part of the
listing of episodes. We have found that the
Firefox
browser works perfectly when clicking the above link.

INSTRUCTIONS:
Step
1: Click on
the link "DOWNLOAD
ANY EPISODES HERE". A new window will appear
showing our iDisk (i.e. our online storage bin)
Step
2: Double-click the "SELF-DEFENSE
SHOW EPISODES" FOLDER. A complete list of all our episodes
will be shown in the window. These are old episodes and new
episodes.
Step
3: To
download any episode, just click the little gray arrow
circle thingy all the way to the right of each row.
Step
4: Save the
file to your computer just like you would downloading any
other file off the internet. You are done!
